To install on your Windows system, please follow our Windows Installation Guide, making sure that you select to download the file "TPP_Setup_v4_3_JETSTREAM_rev_1.exe" from our Sourceforge download site.

從 Sourceforge download site.下載"TPP_Setup_v4_3_JETSTREAM_rev_1.exe"，並按照 Windows Installation Guide 指示安裝 windows 版本的 TPP。

Log into Petunia, the TPP GUI

登入 TPP 的圖形介面 Petunia

As a way to verify that the installation was successful, log into Petunia by double-clicking on the Trans-Proteomic Pipeline flower icon on your Desktop or through the Start menu. Alternatively, you can open a browser window into the following URL: http://localhost/tpp-bin/tpp_gui.pl . You can use the credentials guest and guest as user name and password to log in.

確認安裝成功後，點擊桌面或開始選單中的 Trans-Proteomic Pipeline 的花形圖案啟動圖形介面 Petunia。
或著直接開啟瀏覽器後，輸入網址 http://localhost/tpp-bin/tpp_gui.pl 。
接著使用 guest 帳號與 guest 密碼登入。



Once you are in the Home page, please select Tandem as the analysis pipeline, just below the Welcome message.
進入首頁後，在 Welcome 訊息的下方中，在選單中選擇 Tandam 為分析流程。
